Just visited Jack’s Café in Reindeer Court for the first time and tried the bacon, brie, and cranberry baguette, while my friend had the Jack Stack with steak, cheese, and bacon. His meal looked great, and he thoroughly enjoyed it, along with a good coffee. I had a raspberry tea, which was lovely. However, my baguette was a letdown. The butter wasn’t spread, with lumps left in, and both the brie and baguette were cold. It was generously sized, but there were no sides like salad or chips offered, which would’ve been nice. The café itself is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, but the atmosphere was far from cosy on a freezing day—it felt as cold inside as it was outside. A few small improvements, like warming the food properly and making the space more comfortable in winter, would make a big difference.

I have been to this lovely coffee shop a handful of times now and there are a couple of reasons why I return. The coffee is the best I have tasted and is always served with a smile. If you want to have a chat with the staff they are more than happy to but equally if you want some time to yourself they make you feel just as welcome. I now recommend this lovely place to everyone.

I met a friend here for coffee and cake today, it was my 1st visit, but my friend had been a couple of times before. Jaks is a lovely clean place in reindeer court, we were served by the owner , what a lovely, genuine guy he was very smiley and chatty and obviously cares about his business a lot and cares that the customer enjoys their time there. The coffee was nice and served in a lovely large white cup, the fruit cake was to die for and I would die for fruit cake lol. The venue is shortly going to start opening in the evening serving tapas and wine, I cannot wait , and hope it's a great success

Haven't been here for a year or so but called in for some lunch and ordered a breakfast baguette and a bacon, brie and cranberry baguette. Great service and tasty food. Drinks were hot and served quickly. Friendly staff and very clean.

First time here. Pleasant layout and calm atmosphere. Person who served me (on duty alone, apparently) was superb, calm and kind but also efficient. Absolute credit to the place. A little too cold inside, however, and "upstairs open" on the blackboard outside turned out to mean "upstairs closed unless we get really busy" which was disappointing and not really fair advertising -- I often prefer to go upstairs in coffee shops on cold days as it tends to be warmer! Only had an Americano, but it was very nice and arrived at my table quickly. A good choice if you want an indy that isn't tiny or self-consciously hip, and with just a couple of small tweaks it could be a five-star place.

Best CLUB sandwich in Worcester Centre. Hands down. Get there in time for lunch - you won’t regret it.
